Inés

Midwife of the night
long hair
blue nipples
kneeling prostrate before the trunk of life

the fragrance of her pubis invades
the indigo of the night
awakens nocturnal creatures
convokes them to her presence

And there I go
crawling on six paws in a rush
great blanket and horns at mad speed
without rest without breath with my last snort

Drinker of light
Nocturnal huntress
Mother of creation
Eternal tongue

She waits


Inés

La partera de la noche
de cabellos largos
y azules pezones
arrodillada postrada ante el tronco de la vida

Invade la fragancia de su pubis
el añil de la noche
despierta a las criaturas nocturnas
las convoca a su presencia

Y allá voy
a seis patas a toda prisa
caparazón y cuernos a toda velocidad
sin descanso sin respiro con el ultimo resoplo

La bebedora de luz
La cazadora nocturna
La madre de la creación
La lengua eterna
